1965 Ford Mustang Coupe. The car was a six cylinder with straight lines and little rust. I wanted a well balanced car that was fun to drive and could set you back in your seat.
I stripped the car of everything including suspension, wires, rubber grommets, ect. The car was rolled and blasted to the metal, epoxy primered and painted.
I reassembled the car with a Keith Craft 331 sroker 431 h.p at the flywheel, Holly 650 H.P carb, T5Z transmission with hydraulic king cobra clutch, 8 inch 383 rear end with Detroit true track, manual front disk brakes rear drum, 16:1 manual steer connected to stock suspension modified to Shelby type drop with negative wedge and bump steer, 17 inch wheels with 4.5 inch backspace, edelbrock IAS shocks with 350 comp springs, rear leaf with Shelby type over ride traction bar, sub frame connector, all new electrical and interior.
I am happy with the car, it will run. Nothing like giving somebody something to remember, safely.
