This is my 1970 Ford Mustang Coupe. I bought her from the original owners for $1,300 when I was in High School and have had her ever since. When I was 20 I sanded her down and stripped the interior. In one summer I painted her and restored the interior with the help of my uncle Jesse. When I was 22 an uninsured motorist rear ended me at a stop light in San Francisco, that same winter a storm blew down our car port and finished her off damaging the hood and fenders. I still drove her around for about a year wounded as she was until one summer I broke the original crank. I sanded her down for the second time ,sprayed her with primer, and laid her to sleep. My uncle Jesse found a 5.0 HO engine with an AOD Transmission for $350 and gave me a call. I bought the engine and tranny and started an VERY AMBITIOUS goal of converting my Coup to EFI. I have been building this engine for 6 years on weekends, vacations, and after work to get it to where it is today. So before I had a beautiful car with a shameful engine compartment and now I have a half assembled primered lady with a smoking under hood! 2010 Completion Date
